Because our products are personalized, production begins after artwork approval.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Online Funeral Prints.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order.
- Correct pricing or typographical errors.
- Limit quantities.
- Modify product offerings without notice.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed.
Proof Approval
PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PROOF CAREFULLY BEFORE APPROVING YOUR ORDER.
By approving your proof, you acknowledge that:
- All spelling is correct.
- Names and dates are accurate.
- Photos have been reviewed.
- Layout and formatting meet your expectations.
- Colors may vary slightly between digital proofs and printed products.
- Printing will occur exactly as approved.
Once production begins, no additional changes can be made.
Customers assume responsibility for any approved spelling, grammar, formatting, design, or content errors.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Quotes do not constitute a binding agreement until payment has been received.
Payment
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized.
If a payment is declined, the order will not enter production.
Accounts with unpaid balances may be subject to finance charges where permitted by law.
Customers remain responsible for reasonable collection costs and legal fees associated with unpaid balances.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production has begun.
Because all products are custom manufactured, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- All sales are final after production begins.
- We do not accept returns for customer-approved artwork.
- We do not provide refunds for customer-approved spelling or design errors.
If an order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within two (2) business days after delivery.
Eligible defective products may be replaced at our sole discretion.
Shipping
Shipping originates from Florida.
Shipping estimates are provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed.
Online Funeral Prints is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Labor interruptions
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, all products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Online Funeral Prints disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our sole obligation, if any, is the replacement of defective products at our discretion.
